I had a lower canthoplasty done with sutures, and it really did widen the lower eye area. If you want a very quick and noticeable effect in a short period of time, it might be worth doing. But the problem is that it comes back pretty quickly. I think the doctor was kind. They kept asking questions and checking my progress.
