I only had a consultation there and did not have surgery, but the hospital facilities were neat and nice. There were quite a lot of people, and I think I waited about 30 minutes to be seen. First of all, the doctor was really, really busy. Even after going into the consultation room, I kept talking with the manager while waiting for the doctor (a chain of waiting). Then the consultation with the doctor itself was really lightning fast. They even took face photos before the consultation, and I felt like I would get scolded if I didn't move quickly. During the consultation, they said I had ptosis and insisted on incisional surgery no matter what. At the time I was a student, so swelling was a burden and I asked whether partial incision or buried stitches could be done instead, but even the manager backed them up and said absolutely, definitely, incisional surgery. Honestly, I remember being in total confusion because the previous hospital I consulted said I didn't need an incision, that it was pseudo-ptosis, and that buried stitches would be enough.. haha
