It was only a simple consultation, but even the manager treated me like a friendly next-door older sister, so I felt comfortable. More than that, the doctor [Doctor A] really drew the line for me honestly at least 30 times. He kept drawing the line, then it would fade, and when I forgot how my line looked, he would draw it again and explain it so kindly.. I was deeply moved
