I watched YouTube and went for a consultation about nose surgery with the head director. Compared to other clinics, they explained things very well using many easy-to-understand analogies, and when it came to what the nose or eye surgery would actually look like, they spent a long time carefully consulting me while I looked in the mirror and shaped it with my hand, so the consultation fee did not feel wasted (at first I was a bit put off that they charged 30,000 won just for photos without even taking a CT scan). They were honest about what could be done and what could not, and they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. At other clinics, they said my nose had a dorsal hump and a broad bridge so I absolutely needed osteotomy, but here they said my nose did not need osteotomy and that they would do it without an implant. They did say, though, that if the septal deviation was severe when opening the nose, they might use donated costal cartilage, and that part made me a little uneasy. However, other plastic surgery clinics quoted over 3 million won including VAT for osteotomy, while here it was 6 million won before VAT. They said the nose is fixed price with no event discounts or anything. If I get eye surgery now, they said they would do it at the event price, so it was cheaper than other clinics. Since the eyes would be done without incision, there would not be much scarring, and because nothing is being cut out but rather tied, they said if I do not like the result, undoing the stitches would return the eyes to the original shape. Overall I liked the explanation, but the after-surgery photos did not quite match my style, so I made a reservation elsewhere. Still, they explained everything so thoroughly that I think it would be good to get a consultation here once!
