There were a lot of people coming for consultations even though it was a weekday. The hospital was clean, and some staff at the front desk were kind while others were not. When I asked for a specific director, they answered in a somewhat reluctant tone. Still, since it was a hospital I had been looking forward to, while I was waiting for the consultation, The director was very cynical and expressionless.. I felt awkward even asking anything, so I just said yes and talked with the consultation coordinator. The consultation coordinator was pretty and kind But in the end, I felt it was a shame to decide on surgery when communication with the doctor has to be good.
