The director was kind and even though they seemed busy, I got the impression they explained things patiently. They explained the eye structure and surgical method in detail too. I also liked that they took photos and looked at them during the consultation. Surgery isn't about making just one area pretty, so I don't trust places that only look at the eyes while you're wearing a mask. However, I felt the manager did not give clear answers and instead glossed over anything that a patient might even slightly take negatively.
