I took a photo of my face and brought it with me, and the managers looked at my picture and laughed while saying things I couldn't make out... Sorry, but I saw everything, and I'm not the kind of person who argues over things, so I let it go, but please don't live like that. And then I had a consultation with the doctor, and when he said he would only operate on one eye, I was completely thrown off, and honestly my trust dropped completely because my eyes are not uneven, but he said he would only operate on one side. Then he spoke as if we should go straight into surgery, which made me even less willing to do it. They pressure you into paying a deposit.
