I went there through a friend's recommendation. I was shocked first by the fact that the consultation fee was 30,000 won. Still, the consultation time was fairly long compared with the waiting time, so that was some comfort... The manager, the front desk, and the person taking photos were rude and had a tone that felt kind of condescending, so I did not like that, but the director was really, really kind and explained everything in detail, which I liked.
