The manager, the person who answered the phone, and the director were all kind. While getting a consultation for my eyes, I also asked about my nose, And they explained things well and told me what was needed and what wasn't, so it was good.. It's a hospital that's mentioned a lot in recommendations and warnings on the app, and many people get surgery there, so I've put it on my current shortlist and I'm still thinking about it.
