The consultation order was manager, doctor, manager. The first question the doctor asked was why I wanted plastic surgery. I really appreciated that he was trying to figure out a surgical direction that matched my goal. He was an honest doctor who recommended only what was necessary, and I had worried he might just rush through the consultation because it was near closing time, but he took the time to explain everything in detail.
