I had tip rhinoplasty on the 25th, yesterday. They said my nose is very short, so the surgery was high in difficulty. No silicone was inserted into the bridge; just lifting the tip alone already pulled the skin a lot, so they said it could easily end up looking like an inner corner canthoplasty. The pillar was made with donated costal cartilage. Everyone was kind, but I was so sad when taking photos with my forehead exposed.
