I went because I watched the doctor's YouTube channel, so I already knew they explained things very clearly, but if I asked even a little question and they answered in a category that was different from what I asked, they would speak irritably, which made me a little scared. Still, they gave careful and lengthy explanations about the surgery, which was good.
