The desk staff are insanely rude haha The doctor was kind, the consultation was thorough, and the surgery turned out well, but there is one staff member I see every time I go, wearing a pink mask and tying her hair back with no bangs. She is so rude and speaks to customers in a scolding tone that it makes me feel awful, so I never want to go again~ The other staff members are kind, but there is exactly one who is completely rude. You'll know as soon as you walk in~ Go prepared to be scolded ^^
