I went there for a consultation. I had worked really hard to get a 2 o'clock appointment, but I waited 30 minutes.. Around 2:10, someone like the manager came and asked if I could wait 10 more minutes (actually it was not really a question, it was more like a notice to wait 10 more minutes), and that made me a little upset The director was very kind.. Hmm, I do not think I would do it here haha
