I went after watching YouTube. But there weren't many people waiting, and they kept playing YouTube videos endlessly in the lobby. On YouTube they seemed extremely kind, but when I met them in person they were not that way, maybe because they were tired. There was a lot of talk because the doctor wasn't board-certified, so I just had a consultation and put it on hold.
