The day I consulted with the chief surgeon. Before the doctor consultation, I spoke with the manager (coordinator), and she was kind. The manager had also had breast surgery, so it was easy to talk during the consultation. After that I had the consultation with the director, but partway through it seemed like he went back into the operating room. He looked extremely busy. It felt like he came out briefly during surgery to consult and then went back in, so if this is how the system works, I was a little worried about whether the hygiene side was okay.
