I arrived 5 minutes before my consultation appointment and waited 50 minutes, got angry, and left without the consultation. If it was going to be like this, why even set an appointment time? I think I was incredibly lucky not to have surgery at a hospital with no sense of time and no consideration for visitors, and I’m going to avoid it.
