The director at the front desk was kind. The chief doctor consulted in a very professional way. If I showed photos rather than describing it in words, he would catch exactly what I meant. I liked that they used ear cartilage, and they took a side-profile photo and showed me an approximate post-op look with Photoshop. I liked that they shaped it exactly as I had described.
