The staff were much kinder than I expected. The hospital is clean and the facilities are nice. There is some waiting time, but it is not extremely long. But the consultation with the doctor was much shorter than I expected ... and the director did say that I did not need to do it ... I am debating whether to do it or not. They also gave me snacks and a cafe voucher, so my impression is good.
