This is just my guess, but it felt like they were tired from consultations and were basically saying, "Just say what you want, and I'll make it fit." If you already have a very clear image of the face you want, you will probably be satisfied. But if, like me, you are curious about the doctor's personal taste, curious about the surgery style, and want to hear the doctor's personal opinion on what suits your face, you might be disappointed in the consultation.
