The doctor was kind. The manager in the consultation room and the staff were professional too. It seemed like they run things efficiently. I liked that they let me know when there would be a wait. The materials in the consultation room were helpful to look through. The consultation lasted longer than I expected. This is a clinic with high expectations for surgery.
