The director and the manager were both so kind and nice! When I had a consultation with the director, the manager was not sitting there like at other hospitals, and I had a one-on-one consultation with the director, which somehow felt awkward lol The manager was very kind and seemed to have a lot of knowledge. I guess there was a sense of professionalism? The biggest reason I did not choose this hospital in the end was the AS period.. Of course I hope there will be no complications or need for revision surgery, but as a person, I am drawn to places that offer lifetime one-time AS or unlimited AS, and so on,,
