The manager kept saying I had a receding chin even though I do not. I went for a consultation late in the evening, so the doctor looked tired and only consulted while looking at the monitor without making eye contact with me. The consultation with the manager felt more central than the consultation with the doctor, so it felt a little lacking in professionalism.
