They said my eyes tilt upward and look fierce. They said double eyelid surgery is a 30-minute procedure, while surgery that changes the shape and impression of the eyes takes a long time, which is why the operation takes so long. They said the inner part of the eyes should be lifted upward and the outer part lowered to make them parallel, and that fat grafting to the upper eyelid would also be needed. They said the surgery would take about 3 and a half hours.
