Surgery 10 years ago. The unnaturally high bridge and the crooked nose that were the reasons for the revision were not corrected. The nose was pinched and there is a lot of scarring from the open incision at the columella, but I comforted myself that no infection developed. However, I later learned that Medpor was used in the septum and that it is a problematic material, so I am planning to remove both the silicone and Medpor. While removing the splint, they recommended filler on the bridge of the nose (additional cost 500,000 won), and I later learned while looking for a removal clinic that this was a risky method. They are very proud that the review photos were shot on film and printed, and that they do not do Photoshop retouching. The cost was expensive even back then, and during postoperative checkups they washed my hair. There are two elevators in the building, and one is structured so only patients can use it separately, which was good for privacy.
