I only heard the rumors and there were no reviews, so I went there in person. Consultation is only with the director, and what he wants is really firm. He kept explaining while showing old photos, and it felt like he went on and on. He wasn't thinking about the direction I wanted; it felt like he would make my face look like the kind he considers luxurious. But some of the post-op photos he showed were pretty.
