My opinion is not that important, he just said everything he wanted to say. In the end, I did not hear anything about the methods needed for surgery or anything like that. But he did show before-and-after photos, and there definitely was a clear before and after. He has very strong pride in himself. He tells you to do a lot of different things for the surgery.
