They spent quite a long time pouring their whole effort into the consultation, and they had very clear ideas about aesthetics. However, most of the time they focused on pre-op photos, mainly of the eyes of so-called failed revision cases, and gave very long explanations about how you should not do it like this, so I could hardly see how those eyes actually changed. Nowadays there is a lot of talk that hospitals manipulate everything with Photoshop, so I could not fully trust the photos, but since there were no typical before-and-after photos like in other plastic surgery clinics, it was hard to get a sense of what to judge by. I really liked their emphasis on elegance, balance, and naturalness.
