I am not sure about the surgeon's skill. For the first 3-6 months after surgery, the nose looks pretty. But then once it passes 6-8 months, it rapidly collapses because of the Alloderm they use on the tip... It just sinks down all at once, and the tip of the nose ends up looking completely pressed down. ... Who can't make it look pretty only at the beginning? It has to last... And the consultation manager was really awful. It made me so angry.
