I had a nose revision surgery in 2018. They pursued a natural look, and.. since it was lowering something that had previously been made too high, I was satisfied. But over time it started to feel a little droopy, so I also thought it might have been better to raise the tip of the nose a bit (people around me say it is perfect as it is now I guess I am the only one not fully satisfied).
