I had a consultation for a bulbous nose + nasal bridge. First of all, unlike other hospitals, I didn't have a CT or any imaging done separately. The director started the consultation after just feeling my nose with his hands and looking at it closely a few times! The first thing he asked was whether my job was related to filming. I think he would have adjusted the consultation direction a little depending on that. This was the only place that asked a question like that..! He said they use Gore-Tex for the material, but I heard that most hospitals use silicone, so I'm torn.. I think it's better to look up the pros and cons of silicone/Gore-Tex in advance before going! The director seems to pursue the most natural nose possible, so if you want something natural, I think it's worth getting a consultation. In my case, I don't want it to be too natural, but he said that after nose surgery, nobody around me would know I had it done and would react like, 'Huh? You look prettier. Did you lose weight?' so I'm still thinking about it T_T For reference, the price isn't cheap..! It's among the highest of the places I consulted with.
