Both the doctor and the manager explained everything in detail. The aftercare is also good, which I liked. I had the consultation with the manager first and then with the doctor, and there was some waiting time in between (about 20 to 30 minutes?). It has been more than a week since the surgery, and when I went to have the cotton removed and the stitches taken out, the doctor came in personally, disinfected everything, and removed them. The hospital environment was also clean, which I liked. The front desk staff were kind too, and when I asked questions about cleaning the nose sebum or managing swelling, they explained everything kindly.
