They take front and side photos, print them out, and then consult with you. I didn’t bring any photos of the nose shape I wanted, so the director showed me pictures of similar cases to understand my needs and drew on the printout. It was my first consultation, so I didn’t know what osteotomy and things like that meant, but they explained it and showed me what kind of result it would be. But when I asked something, the coordinator acted like I was asking something obvious and said it was the first time she’d ever seen someone ask that... lol
