They called the day before the consultation to confirm, and called again on the day to ask what time I would come and to check, so I thought they must be very strict about time. But when it was time for the surgeon consultation, the doctor came in really late. The staff were all unfriendly too. There weren't even any customers; I don't think I'll get surgery here.
