The director was so great! I liked how enthusiastically they explained everything, and it was comfortable that they explained what needed improvement first, so the consultation itself was easy. But the manager seemed not very interested in me, and even when I asked about after-service, they answered in a very conservative way, so I really like the director but I'm hesitating about getting the surgery.
