The director explained the surgery focusing on one key point. It didn’t match the part I consider important, so I’m not going to have the surgery here. It felt more like they were recommending the surgery they can do, rather than what I wanted. The consultation itself was long and detailed, but they were a bit all over the place, so I was slightly disappointed by the professionalism. Since the price is a bit high, the manager is kind, and the aftercare is good.
