1. Facility - The interior is well done. It is at the level of a pretty cafe. There is also a healing concept, and the interior matches it. It seems like it would do well. 2. Manager - Not very motivated. Not rude. 3. Consultation expertise - I paid 20,000 won just for the consultation. If you want a CT scan, you have to pay an extra 20,000 won. It is a paid consultation and the reviews were good, so I went with high expectations. They do look closely, such as peering into the nose, checking septal strength, checking the shape of the septum, and checking the skin, but it was not worth 20,000 won. And rather than the method that is most suitable for the patient, I got the feeling they were recommending the surgery method the hospital does most often and pushes. 4. Doctor kindness - What is the chief doctor thinking? Why am I paying a consultation fee only to have to absorb his bad mood? He already looked upset from the moment he came in, and during the whole consultation I had to be polluted by his irritated attitude? I am not saying he has to smile, but since he has to do the job, he barely forces out a polite voice, while his eyes, expression, and attitude are irritated and angry lol. If the customer is like that, how are they supposed to ask anything properly? I could not believe the manager was asking, before the consultation, whether the doctor had come in after being complained about, or what he had been doing before coming in. This is the first time I have felt my money was wasted from the moment the consultation started. After reading the consultation reviews, it seems the doctor's attitude changes depending on the time, but is he only becoming kind once the expected profit margin is about to be exceeded relative to the time invested?
