First of all, the hospital is so pretty.. but among all the consultations I have had so far, this is one of the most disappointing ones, T_T My nose is small and upturned, so the midface is sunken, and I liked that they explained the nasolabial angle should be raised a lot. But the examples they showed of their own work all had the nasolabial angle too close to 90 degrees, T_TTTT so it actually looked even more obviously done..? I want something natural, so when I asked whether this angle was what the patient requested, they said no, this is always how I do it, and I lost the desire to do it. It sounded like they could only do this angle. Then they said I needed alar reduction and showed me more of their own work, but every single one had uneven nostrils, T_T Even though they were review photos from the hospital, seeing that all of them were uneven made me completely lose interest, T_T Who said this doctor is good at nose surgery, T_T And because my skin is so thin, silicone would not work, so they would use 1-2 mm of autologous tissue. I asked, 'If it's autologous tissue, does it not get absorbed?' because I really did not know, and they said, 'It gets absorbed.' (end) .....? If it gets absorbed, why use it? What am I supposed to do with that? I was speechless. That's all... whew.
