Hump reduction, septum used. Plan was to use ear cartilage and dermis if opening it up and the height looked insufficient. Received after surgery that the septum alone was used because there was enough height. Now at 4 months, the tip of my nose has dropped a lot (I said I wanted a straight-but-slightly-raised line, but it became straight; the bridge and tip are about the same height..), and the part where the hump was filed down looks very uneven when light hits it. It seems like it was not the manager, but someone else who said to tell them if I still do not like it after 6 months, because there is nothing they can do about it now. The doctor said it was overcorrected but did not come out well, the skin pulling force is strong, and this is the best it can be; if I wanted it higher, costal cartilage would have been needed. I plan to ask about an as revision after 6 months.
