I had already had filler, so I received a consultation for revision nose surgery, and decided on surgery with autologous fat grafting for the bridge of the nose. It's been a few years since the surgery now, and there really aren't any problems to speak of. I'm living while feeling reasonably satisfied. I recommend at least getting a consultation once.
