The doctor explained things in detail, and the manager was kind too. More than anything, the hospital atmosphere and design were clean and nice. There was a consultation fee, and I'm still looking into it a bit more, so I haven't decided yet whether I'll have the surgery, so I didn't leave a deposit. There was no pressure at all to pay a deposit.
