The director explained everything in great detail, which I liked. Out of all the clinics I visited, he understood my nose in the most detailed way and told me what could and could not be done, which I appreciated. However, I wanted a slightly straight line, but it seemed like he preferred a completely straight line T_T And when the manager was checking the estimate, every time I asked something she kind of brushed past it and was not clear, so I was like, what is this...?
