I had a consultation with Director Kim Hyeong-seok. He was very professional. Excessive confidence or too much friendliness can instead leave a bad impression, but here it was just the right amount and felt good. I have not decided on surgery yet, but it gives me a feeling of trust. I am going to think it over a bit more before deciding.
