It feels like everyone is only giving 5 points, but aside from the waiting time being a bit long, everything was good. They called on the morning of the appointment and told me the wait would probably be long, so if I came 30 minutes after my consultation time, I would wait less, and that helped reduce the waiting time a bit! The manager was kind, and the doctor listened to every single thing I wanted, drew about 5 different lines, and compared them several times, which was nice. Even if the line the doctor recommended and the line I wanted were different, they did not push the doctor's recommendation and instead tried to match the one I wanted as much as possible. The price seemed reasonable too, so I booked the surgery for next month! I will write a post-op review after the surgery!
