I had high expectations after seeing videos and review photos from people in the communication scene. Although they had just newly opened in Withbus, seeing how busy they looked made me think there must be a reason, but the consultation I got after waiting 2 hours was a bit disappointing. It was good that they pointed out only the parts that were needed, but they recommended surgery using donated rib cartilage and didn’t give extra explanation about why it was needed, which was disappointing. I had looked into it quite a bit before going for the consultation, so it left me feeling a bit let down. I think you need to study hard before going to consult! It feels like you can ask more only when you know more?
