I had to wait about 3 to 4 hours, so it was exhausting, but the consultation was kind and much more detailed than at other hospitals! There was no pressure to leave a deposit either! But since this is a hospital that is popular these days, if you go during peak season, waiting will probably be unavoidable, so it is better to visit expecting to spend some time there haha
