I was looking into clinics while choosing one for a revision nose surgery and fat grafting together. The doctor was kind, and the director was kind too. He seemed very confident about noses. They're famous for revision rhinoplasty, and when I said I didn't want to use donated rib cartilage, they said it would still be fully possible using only ear cartilage, which made me happy. I'm thinking about whether to go through with the surgery.
