Had a consultation for eye surgery. The waiting time was about 2 hours, and there were many people. First took photos, then waited. After that, I met the consultant first, who roughly explained the surgical method and talked about the procedures I would need. The explanation was good and they were kind. Then I met the doctor, who checked by having me close and open my eyes, and explained in detail why an incision was needed, which made it feel professional. They also answered my questions appropriately, and explained things while looking at the photos I had taken earlier... the photos were so realistic, I looked really ugly... sigh T_T They showed me cases with models similar to me. Then I checked the cost with the consultant and finished. The consultation process was detailed and professional, which I liked.
