Overall, they are quite kind, but the waiting is enormous. At that point, I think it would be better to split appointments up a bit more. The doctor and the head coordinator consultation was really good, and although it was short, they pointed out exactly the necessary information. People around me who had procedures there seem to have had pretty good results, so this is a place where expectations for surgery are high.
