On the phone I felt they were a little unfriendly, but once I actually visited, it was not bad. Maybe because there were so many waiting customers, the front desk was extremely crowded The waiting time was the longest among the clinics I have been to. (It was not that long, maybe about 30 minutes?) And the doctor seemed busy, so after talking, they wanted to get out quickly haha.... That does not mean the consultation was sloppy. They showed me the silicone directly and pointed things out in more detail than other clinics. The price was just right and I liked the materials, but somehow it was not a consultation that really drew me in
